An architect by training, a technologist by practice, I found my passion in strategic marketing and writing. I have worked in the building industry for over 30 years, where I have held executive roles in marketing, business development, project management, and operations. I am is a Fellow and past national president of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). I was honored by SMPS as the 2005 William B. Hankinson Award for Lifetime Achievement, and the 2007 Weld Coxe Marketing Achievement Award. I am an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects, and active in InfoComm International.

The Architecture of Value and The Architecture of Image are the first two books in The Architecture of Practice™ series. Subsequent books will explore leadership—The Architecture of Vision—and, technology—The Architecture of Connection. My goal is to publish insight and best practices that will lead to the creation of a successful and lasting professional service venture. I have had more than 180 articles published on the topics of  marketing, leadership, and technology. My input has also been included in more than 25 other articles.
